What you’ll do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
  • Perform necessary mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
  • Conduct daily maintenance and safety audits
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance team members, leadership, and production staff
  • Complete and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
  • Enter and track maintenance activities (Work Orders) within SAP
  • Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Follow all Food Safety requirements in accordance with the HACCP Plan
  • Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in alignment with 5S standards
  • Perform all duties in a safe and compliant manner
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

 

 

Your strengths as a Maintenance Technician

 

  • Experience in a manufacturing or large industrial maintenance environment required
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic diagnostics preferred)
  • Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
