• Salary range for Customer Fulfillment Specialist  between $40.000- $60.000 annually

At our facility you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue team as the Customer Fulfillment Specialist :

• Receives and responds to customer calls and emails; provides requested information (order status, inventory levels, delivery dates, etc.).

• Processes orders and modification requests.

• Promptly informs appropriate stakeholders of changes.

• Documents records in accordance with current procedures.

• Proactively creates orders for customers based on their inventory levels and established replenishment agreements.

• Follows up on requests and orders, from initiation to delivery or conclusion.

• Ensures the accuracy of prices and data. When required, applies discounts and surcharges, issues returns, etc.

• Processes backorders in accordance with established procedures.

• Creates and maintains professional relationships with customers and business partners.

• Takes note of raised issues and received complaints; refers situations to appropriate stakeholders and follows up on cases until resolution.

• Coordinates order shipments, ensuring optimal and economical use of transportation.

• Performs any other tasks as requested by the supervisor or required by the role.

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Customer-oriented approach and strong customer service skills

• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Basic knowledge of supply chain principles

• Familiarity with common technological environments and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)

• Knowledge of the SAP system (an asset)
