RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and schedule shipping activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Verify shipment and delivery information for accuracy.
  • Process goods issues and generate invoices according to established business procedures.
  • Manage order changes and transportation updates as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with Customer Service regarding production delays or shipment concerns.
  • Monitor inventory and production schedules to identify and report potential delivery risks.
  • Optimize trailer loading and transportation utilization to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and logistics processes.
  • Complete daily transportation and warehouse monitoring activities and address issues promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience; Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
