Your challenge!

In a dynamic and growing team, ensure that you work as a team to meet the high volume of requests for file processing

Job Responsibilities

Creation and follow-up of order forms

Processing high volume of requests

Ensure the accuracy of the selected information: good product, good price, good suppliers

Internal communication and follow-up with supply and logistics departments

Support to plants for continuous improvement

Business Objectives Alignment

As a technician in his area of expertise, support his manager in carrying out the department’s mandates in order to achieve the Shared Service Centre’s objectives

Operational Excellence

Provide business partners with efficient and superior service, taking into account financial and operational impacts

Complete all business cycle activities in order to maximize efficiency

Diligently carry out requests within reasonable timeframes and in accordance with standardized processes

Ensure that related financial information is complete and accurate

Analyze and resolve exceptional cases

Validate requisitions for contracts, items and prices originally negotiated with suppliers

Education 

College diploma (DEC) in Administration or Other related fields
 

Technical competencies

Good communication skills

Bilingual functional (French / English)

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)

SAP or any other ERP system (asset)
