Please note that this position is based in Kinsgey Falls and that the selected candidate will also supervise the Sonoco plant in Berthierville***

  • Ensure the management of the pillar and levers of continuous improvement within the plant
  • Collaborate on and monitor continuous improvement projects to improve processes
  • Reduce planned downtime by decreasing rapid changeover times (RCO) and cleaning times through process standardization
  • Ensure standards are met in all systems and minimize quality issues
  • Support trio members with processes and guidelines for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Coach the plant management team to increase the maturity of the various pillars and establish improvement plans
  • Track the progress of LPS initiatives at the plant and with other units
