Your Role
As HR Technician, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Manage hourly recruiting activities and candidate communications
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documents
- Track employee training and support related administration
- Respond to employee HR questions and provide day-to-day support
What you bring
You're a natural fit for HR Technician if you have:
- Administrative or clerical experience
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Professionalism, organization, and adaptability
- Recruiting or HR experience is an asset
- Associate degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an asset
