- Base salary range for HR Manager between $95,000 and $105,000 - CAD annually, based on experience
At our facility in St-Marys you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the HR Manager :
- Plan workforce requirements efficiently, including succession planning, aligned with investment and operating budgets.
- Develop and implement training plans to support employee development.
- Coach supervisors on setting objectives, managing compensation, reviewing performance, and creating skills development plans.
- Oversee labor relations management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes.
- Provide managers with coaching and support to manage employees and achieve business objectives.
- Guarantee that process owners (SUs) are assigned, trained, and proficient in all processes and certifications, including training for key position incumbents.

- Strong operational abilities and comprehensive HR knowledge, including compensation and benefits, health management, and talent management.
- Have between 5-12 years of experience as an HR Manager or a similar role
- Proven experience in change management and integrating continuous improvement concepts into HR practices.
- Ability to analyze data such as performance indicators, advise business partners, and implement effective, people-centered solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, sound judgment, and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and buy-in.
- Technological agility and analytical skills to support decision-making and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
- Union and negotiations experience (asset)
