Your Role
As H&S Coordinator (Lancaster), you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and state/local regulations, including incident reporting and recordkeeping
- Maintain and continuously improve health & safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Act as a key point of contact for safety inspections and audits, supporting preparation and follow-up
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard analyses across both sites
- Analyze safety trends and data to identify opportunities and drive proactive risk reduction strategies
- Track and report on safety KPIs (leading and lagging indicators)
What you bring
You're a natural fit for H&S Coordinator (Lancaster) if you have:
- 3-5 Years experience in a Health & Safety role within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with leadership
- Proficiency with MS365, SAP, Power BI and safety tracking software
