Your Role

As Senior HR Manager, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:

• Serve as the primary HR leader for the Eau Claire Mill and trusted advisor to plant leadership.
• Partner with operations leaders to align people strategies, lead engagement efforts and culture building initiatives that support business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
• Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in a unionized manufacturing setting. 
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Support labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance management, and partnership with union representatives.
• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 HR professionals.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous development within the HR team.

What You Bring

You're a natural fit for Senior HR Manager if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environment.
• Experience supporting large employee populations in a fast-paced operation.
• Proven experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals.
• Strong employee and labor relations experience.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
• Strong MS365, HRIS and payroll systems experience.
