We're hiring General Laborers in Eau Claire to support our 24/7 manufacturing operation. To help us hire quickly, we're hosting an Interview Day on August 26, where selected candidates will meet the local team and interview on-site.

What you’ll do 

As a General Laborer, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.  
Your day-to-day: 

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including the winder, log saw, wrapper, case packer, case printer, and case sealer. 

• Perform roll changes, including threading the machine. 

• Check and replenish lamination, tail-tie, and pickup adhesives. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine operational issues. 

• Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and safety equipment as required. 

• Complete product changeovers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform all quality checks to ensure product specifications are met. 

• Follow safety guidelines at all times and learn to operate lift trucks as part of the papermaking team. 

Your strengths as a General Laborer 

You are a natural fit for this role if you have: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (required) 

• Manufacturing or production experience (preferred) 

• Strong work history with consistent attendance 

• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and productivity 

• Ability to work at heights and operate powered equipment 

• Availability to attend an in-person interview at the Eau Claire plant on August 26.
