  • Starting Pay: $21.74
  • Shift Premium: +$1.00/hr for night shift
  • Schedule: Overnight shifts on a rotating 48/36-hour schedule (approximately 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

By applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, as the Clamp Operator: 

  • This position is part production and part material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Operate a forklift to transport, stack, load, and retrieve materials safely and efficiently.
  • Candidates should expect an active role and will not be operating a lift for the full shift.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material movement.
  • Ensure loads are secure and properly handled to prevent damage or accidents.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:

  • Experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, and electric pallet jack preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach, and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Extrusion department background would be ideal.
