 CASCADES TISSUE GROUP

The Tissue Group, a division of Cascades, is the second-largest tissue producer in Canada and the fifth-largest in North America. The Division manufactures, converts and markets a huge selection of paper products, such as hand towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, napkins, paper towels, wipers and dispensers for the North American away-from-home and consumer products markets. The Group has more than 2,200 employees and operates seven manufacturing plants, nine conversion plants and four plants with both manufacturing and conversion facilities.

Your challenge!

Working within the Tissue Group's Strategic Innovation Team, you will be responsible for managing innovation projects - from idea to market - new products / services / business models, for the markets consumers and out of home. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Analyze markets, and fully understand consumer needs to identify opportunities for new products;

Develop products / solutions for the target markets;

Develop marketing marketing strategy

Apply good project management practices in terms of processes and leadership of multidisciplinary teams;

Collaborate with marketing agencies / service providers

Ensure sound financial management of project budgets by measuring and maximizing return on investments;

Support your manager in achieving business objectives as a product / brand / market expert.

Master's degree en Marketing

Desired experience

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience;
Master's degree in marketing (asset);
Demonstrated experience in development projects and new product launches;
Capable of proposing practical solutions, generating new profits;
Ability to propose winning marketing strategies;
Be comfortable with complex product developments and short-term launch horizons as well as long-term
