Develop your full potential, sustainably

 Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within the team of our division Tissue Group:

 

  • Define the standard processes to be used to manage operations parameters (CLs) and ensure that these processes are executed correctly
  • Create and implement common processes for rapid change (RCO)
  • Prepare and organize grade changes
  • Collaborate with production planners to optimize the production schedule
  • Calibrate operation parameters
  • Create Change Request Forms (DAMMES)
  • Collect and analyze data on quality and quality gaps and establish an action plan to reduce these gaps
  • Communicate best practices to other process leaders
  • Communicate any procedural issues to suppliers
  • Collaborate on large and small projects and modifications in the sector, including the design of machine parts
  • Ensure continuous improvement of standards and processes related to operating parameters and rapid changes
  • Use operation parameters to determine the cause of failures to allow operation of equipment in its initial state
  • Train and mentor operators to use best practices for operating parameters and rapid change (BOI)

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical engineering, etc.
  • Experience in team management and coaching (an asset);

  • Ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations;
  • Be organized and have excellent priority-setting skills;
  • Experience with the principles of Lean Manufacturing;
  • Be a good communicator and prioritize teamwork.
