 Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within Mike Sullivan's transport team of our Cascades Recovery division: 

• Oversee our Calgary and Edmonton plant's operations.
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies and Ministry of Transportation safety procedures.
• Manage all employees scheduling, start times and vacation planning.
• Ensure workforce management and engage staff in the vision and mission of the service.
• Address Maintenance issues as they occur and manage and maintain drivers supplies and inventories.
• Conduct Cab Evaluations and physical vehicule inspections.

• 3-5 years experience in a Manager position preferably in the transportation industry
• College Diploma in a business related field
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and procedures
• Strong communication, collaboration & organizational skills
• Knowledge of forklift operation and Roll Off and Rear Packer driving experience (an asset)
