What you’ll do
As a CR Sorter, you’ll be at the heart of operations—right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Perform other duties as laid out by the Department Lead Hand e.g. housekeeping, equipment and yard cleaning, Schaeffer washing, snow removal, assisting truck drivers, etc.
- To safely and efficiently perform sorting, grading and placement of recycled materials in their appropriate areas according to the specific Departments’ requirements and production standards
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Support the team and pitch in on various tasks as needed
