  • Salary range for a Continuous Improvement Manager from $95,747 to $143,620 CAD / year

   
At our facility in Vaughan you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Continuous Improvement Manager :
 

  • Continuous Improvement: Responsible for upkeeping the continuous improvement program's foundation in the plant, ensuring the proper functioning and alignment of Lean Production System Pillars.

  • Team Support and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to Line Centric Team (LCT) members on continuous improvement processes, operational efficiency, and deliver continuous coaching and leadership to the LCT.

  • Collaboration and Scope Identification: Collaborate with site management to identify and define the scope and financial justification for continuous improvement opportunities. Provide support for product development and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Lean Expertise and Training: Develop and execute action plans for cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives. Provide expertise in Lean and Six Sigma tools, ensuring their appropriate use, and teach these tools to all levels of the plant, including Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, SQDC boards, MDI, etc
