• Salary Range for Maintenance Planner starts at $70,000 / year

At our Cascades in Calgary, AB you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging division of our team as the Maintenance Planner:

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for equipment to ensure maximum reliability and uptime.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities during scheduled downtimes, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring timely procurement to avoid delays.
• Track and analyze equipment performance, recommending improvements to reduce breakdowns and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety.

You too, will put forward your strengths: 
 

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and SAP maintenance modules.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with an eye for continuous improvement.
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and vendors.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and operational excellence in all activities.
