Reporting to the Logistics Operations Director, the Business Process Expert's mission is to act as a link between the company and the center of expertise of his function by participating in the various process committees. You advise managers in making decisions affecting your sector of activity. You also have to identify and interpret business needs and then make recommendations to optimize processes.

Job Responsibilities

 

The tasks of the Business Process Expert - Planning will be:

 

  • To ensure the standardization, integration and adaptation of the business processes under your responsibility;
  • Recommend innovative solutions to create added value for the client;
  • Monitor and share best practices in your specialty.
  • Analyze the business needs related to the processes;
  • Recommend the scope and priority level of mandates in collaboration with the business sectors;
  • Approve technological solutions to meet business needs;
  • Approve training content;
  • Participate actively in projects related to his field of expertise;
  • Assume a leadership role in providing expertise to the function's stakeholders.  
  • Your background and strengths

Desired experience

 

The Business Process Expert - Planning must have the following qualifications:

 

  • BAC in Operations Management or related fields;
  • Bilingual (Mandatory)
  • Significant experience on SAP and especially IBP (Mandatory);
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a Planning or Supply Chain role;
  • The ability to accompany and advise business partners in the analysis of their needs and the search for solutions;
  • Leadership and know-how to generate support for the proposed solutions;
  • The knowledge and experience to predict the impact of risks in the overall context of the company;
  • The ability to listen and quickly understand the needs and issues at stake;
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
