Your Challenge

 

Working as a Team Leader, the ideal candidate will provide support, directives and hold team members accountable while taking initiative within the facility.

Job Description

 

 

  • Basic preventative maintenance repairs on equipment and lifts
  • Assist Operators in obtaining quality needs according to customer specifications.
  • Be available to replace operators/material handlers for vacations, sickness, personal days, etc.
  • Reinforce safe behavior with team members
  • Keep working spaces clean
  • All other tasks appointed by your direct supervisor

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Has great leadership and communication skills; previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
  • Detail oriented mindset is critical
  • Good safety record / proven work ethic 
  • Experience with SAP systems is preferred
  • Experience on Fork/Clamp trucks
  • Must be able to work:: 3:00pm-1:00am
