Your Role
As Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Lead day-to-day recruitment operations across the English-speaking provinces of Canada
- Balance requisition workload and hiring priorities
- Coach, develop, and support a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Advisors & Coordinators
- Monitor service levels, hiring timelines, and team performance
- Support complex, strategic, and hard-to-fill recruitment mandates
- Manage escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Partner closely with our 2 others Talent Acquisition Supervisors for Quebec & USA to ensure alignment and consistency
- Identify process improvements and lead implementation projects
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with our HR Marketing team to build, implement, and optimize regional talent attraction and employer branding strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Bilingual Talent Acquisition Supervisor if you have:
- Experience leading or coaching recruitment professionals
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative leadership and coaching capabilities
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a bilingual team environment
