  • Salary range for Account Manager  between $58,000 to $63,000 USD annually plus performance bonus 

  
   

At our facility in Buffalo you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery Plus division of our team as the Account Manager :

 

 

  • Manage and develop new programs within existing Cascades Recovery+ client portfolio
  • Prospecting and adding new business accounts
  • Employing a consultative sales approach

  • Meeting and exceeding defined monthly financial and volume projections

  • Utilizing marketing tools to promote Company programs and services

  • Be willing to travel within the local area (Rochester, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Lancaster etc)

You too, put forward your strengths: 

 

 

  • 1-3 years of customer facing, Business to Business (B2B) sales experience and/or account management
  • Experienced in account maintenance and account retention 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized 
  • Practical and innovative problem solving capabilities  

  • Strong time management 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)

  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals and among various departments, sites, functions and levels of the organization

  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of integrity

  • Ability to build both trust and respect with customers and understand how to cost-effectively apply recycling solutions to meet customer specific goals and objectives
