At our facility in Birmingham you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Speciality Product Group division of our team as the Production Supervisor :

• working as part of a 3-person supervisory team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. 
• Oversight of scheduling, coordinating what team members are on what machines.
• preventative planning 
• coordinating all machinery maintenance and employee needs 
• ensure compliance with business processes. 
• optimize efficiency and drive efforts to reduce waste and downtime, while increasing productivity 
• provide any necessary training to workforce as needed.
• participate in continuous improvement initiative within the facility.

• engineering degree (preference given to chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering) an asset 

• 2-5 years of leadership experience 
• 2-5 years of industrial experience
