• Salary range for Production Supervisor  between $72,000 and $108,000 USD annually 
• Schedule: 12h swing shifts ((7am/pm) days, nights and weekends) - overall each month, there are 2 weekends off and a full consecutive 7 days off from Friday morning to Friday evening 

At our facility in Ashland you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group as the Production Supervisor supporting a shift of 18 crew members:

• Conduct workforce planning and ensure accurate approval of hours worked
• Maintain consistent communication with upper management through floor rounds, logbooks and other methods as you see fit
• Coordinate and lead follow-up meeting to monuitor progress, ensure target attainment and promote accountability
• oversee occupational Health and Safety improvements and implementation
• Addres any KPI shortfalls by coordinating and implementing relevant action plans
• Provide support to team in identifying and revolving problems on the line 
• Coach, train and develop our team members to enhance skills and drive continuous improvement

• Experience in a supervisory roles ideally in a manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is considered an asset
• Proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach to motivate and engage team to achieve excellence
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of OHS 
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suites
