Yes, we offer internships in the following periods:

  • Winter (January to April)
  • Summer (May to August)
  • Fall (September to December)

You can apply during the following periods:

  • Winter internships: Recruitment begins in September.
  • Summer internships: Recruitment begins in January.
  • Fall internships: Recruitment begins in May.

We offer internships in many fields of study, including: Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Communication and Legal Affairs, Engineering and Operations, Sales and Customer Service, Production and Manufacturing, and Trades and Maintenance. However, internship offers may vary from one session to the next, depending on team needs.

Yes, it is possible depending on the needs of the team. At Cascades, we rely on your determination, your desire to learn and your personality.

To apply for an internship you need to apply on the internship position that interests you with your resume. A recruiter will contact you for a 10-minutes screening call. If your profile matches, you'll have a 30-minute interview with the managers and a HR member. The final step is a criminal record check.

Succession team

Are you a recent graduate in engineering, human resources or accounting? Come and join our succession team and benefit from knowledge sharing and numerous opportunities to advance your career. Challenges that measure up to your talent await you at Cascades!

You will be paired with a mentor, but also supported by the different teams you will work with. The transfer of knowledge, support, listening and feedback will certainly facilitate your integration into the workings of the company.

Internships

Are you looking for a paid internship aligned with your goals, in a friendly environment? Join our team for a rewarding first work experience! Cascades offers a variety of challenges and projects. Send us your spontaneous application on Cascades website or through your institution’s placement office.

Both feet in the action, our trainees:

  • carry out a variety of projects covering different facets of their field of study;
  • are supervised by experienced employees;
  • use their judgment and take initiative;
  • work as a team;
  • make a real contribution to the company's success;
  • see the impact of their achievements.

Once they graduate, our young recruits often continue the adventure beyond the few months they have planned: we prioritize the hiring of our interns to make up our succession teams on a permanent basis.
