Under the responsibility of the Vice President Marketing and Innovation, you will work in collaboration with product managers and the sales force to deploy new products.

Job Responsibilities


Trade marketing Manager Cascades Specialized Products Group
As Head of Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for defining the marketing plan for the various products and/or solutions for the target markets in collaboration with the product and sales managers. You will need to develop and maintain the business schedule, including establishing deliverables, schedules and budget. You will also actively participate in the development of joint marketing plans with customers and various business partners. Finally, you will need to work continuously with product managers, the sales force, customers and suppliers.

On a daily basis, you will also have to:

  • Analyze markets and define business opportunities;
  • Analyze competing products and product marketing positioning;
  • Support sales for presentations to strategic customers;
  • Develop and renew marketing tools for sales;
  • Participate in the implementation of marketing strategies;
  • Advise the group's management team on marketing matters;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies related to brand image and marketing;
  • Promote and apply the company's brand image;
  • Propose innovative solutions to business partners in order to create value;
  • Contribute to the marketing of products/solutions for target markets;
  • Monitor best practices in marketing / innovation.
  • Manage the organization of events (product launches, trade shows).
  • Updating the content of the Group's website

Develop and renew visibility and sales generation tools tailored to his/her market
Coordinate the organization of activities and events, as well design promotional tools, to reflect the brand image
Develop project plans (mandates, deliverables, schedule, budget, risks, etc.) and oversee their execution
Participate in developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies in line with the brand image and marketing
Promote and apply the brand image in his/her business unit

Have a minimum of 5 years in a "Trade marketing" position
