Job Responsibilities

Business Objectives Alignment

Support his/her manager in carrying out the mandates of his/her Centre of Expertise to achieve Human Resources objectives

Operational Excellence

Act as a specialist by advising and supporting managers

Act as business partner by being involved in projects or processes based on the needs of groups

Analyze data, contexts and/or options to consider to formulate the best recommendations

Coordinate and optimize processes under his/her responsibility

Assist and support Human Resources in implementing the strategies of his/her Centre of Expertise

Manage his/her projects, resources and deliverables

Propose, create and implement programs that meet business objectives

Bachelor's degree en Business Administration

Desired experience

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of the manufacturing sector and these business processes is an asset

Additional information

The position can be located in St-Bruno or Kingsey Falls.

Occasional trips to various Cascades business units are expected
