  • Base Salary for HR Advisor:  Starting at $65K plus profit sharing

 

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Eau Claire Wisconsin . As the HR Advisor, you will:

 

  • Provide support to HR, management, and union representatives.
  • Administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Coach and support supervisors and employees to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns promptly and fairly.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to ensure staffing levels meet  production needs.
  • Support position management, pre-boarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with Corporate HR.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • SHRM certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Labor relations experience, including contract interpretation and grievance administration.
