Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Eau Claire Wisconsin . As the HR Advisor, you will:
- Provide support to HR, management, and union representatives.
- Administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Coach and support supervisors and employees to enhance performance and engagement.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns promptly and fairly.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Partner with HR and Operations to ensure staffing levels meet production needs.
- Support position management, pre-boarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training activities.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with Corporate HR.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- SHRM certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Labor relations experience, including contract interpretation and grievance administration.
