CASCADES GROUPE TISSU

Le Groupe Tissu, une division de Cascades, est le deuxième plus important producteur de papier tissu au Canada et le cinquième en Amérique du Nord. La division fabrique, transforme et commercialise une vaste gamme de produits de papier tels que des essuie-mains, des papiers hygiéniques, des papiers-mouchoirs, des serviettes de table, des essuie-tout, des chiffons et des distributrices destinés aux marchés nord-américains de produits hors foyer et de consommation. Le groupe qui emploie plus de 2 200 travailleurs exploite sept usines de fabrication, neuf usines de transformation et quatre usines avec des activités de fabrication et de transformation.

 

Job Responsibilities

*** Contract of 12 months ***

  • Know the needs of the market and the customers by following the trends and the competitive environment.
  • Development and launch of new products of private brands for North America (canadian and american banners).
  • Analyze the requests of price/products made by sales department and make recommendations according to the market and the internal data.
  • Support the sales department in the renewal of contracts of private brands by considering the market, the reality of the customer and the reality of operations in terms of formats, grades and prices.
  • Development and execution of the annual marketing plan to achieve growth objectives.
  • Manage a product portfolio (competitiveness, profitability and market needs).
  • Facilitate the exchanges between the service and the business partners.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams inside projects of product development.

Bachelor's degree en Marketing ou Other relevant fields

Desired experience

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in product development in the field of consumer products.
  • Competencies in market data analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Knowledge in project management (essential).
  • Knowledge in product management, more specifically private brands.
  • Asset : Sharepoint.
  • Bilingual (essential), written and spoken (french/english).
