Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Etobicoke, as the First Machine Operator :

     

•     Review job orders to determine job specifications such as production time, color sequence and quantities required, and advise press crew of these specifications.

•     Set-up, operate, cleanup, and recommend improvements to production presses operations.

•     Monitor box quality, including but not limited to lose liner, warp, correct sizing, and proper scoring/slotting. Report and/or handle any quality problems.

•     Perform  minor maintenance and participate in monthly preventative maintenance.

•     Meets KPI targets set by management.

•     Trains new hires.

•     Adheres to all workplace safety policies and regulations.

•     Additional duties related to this job classification as assigned by the supervisor.

 

 

There's nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: 
   

•   College or University degree in any subject

•   2+ years of printing experience, corrugated packaging experience preferred

•   2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment

•   Basic computer skills for production data entry

•   Be able to lift up to 50lb and standing for extended period

•   Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math is a must
