At our facility in Warrenton you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Specialty Product Group division of our team as the Reliability Lead L2 :

 

 

  • Define standard processes and tools to handle defects (DH) and ensures that processes are executed properly
  • Follow up with operators and maintenance personnel to ensure that any defects were handled properly
  • Define / execute on standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE) and presents breakdown status weekly at an LCT meeting
  • Support operators in identifying and solving problems that caused breakdowns
  • Determine planned maintenance needs and priorities (PMs)
  • Ensure constant communication with the Maintenance Supervisor to establish area priorities
  • Continuously improve established maintenance processes including Defect Handling (DH) and Breakdown Elimination (BDE)
  • Coach operators to handle different aspects of maintenance including DH and BDE
  • Support Maintenance Supervisor in developing maintenance team’s skills and standardizing

  • Demonstrates good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive insights
  • Demonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations

  • Experience and understanding of Lean Production System (Marathon) principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with others
