• Salary Range for Production Manager from $92,656 to $138,983

At our facility in Niagara Falls, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Manager:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of production operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing production team, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and collective performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize processes, resolve issues, and achieve overall business goals.

• Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of demonstrated progressive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in the paper industry.
• Track record of driving results and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to adapt to change, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship, aligning with Cascades' values and mission.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (an asset)
• Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
