• Salary Range for HR Technician from $21 to $25 / hour 

At our Greenpac Mill in Niagara Falls, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the HR Technician: 

• Full-cycle recruitment, payroll management, and employee benefits administration. 

• Coordination of training, month-end support, and HR analysis. 

• Fostering engagement, upholding company values, and ensuring safety programs. 

• Proposing innovations, implementing best practices, and coaching on employee relations. 

• Assisting HR Manager with diverse tasks, including accounting administration. 

• Collaborating on safety culture, supporting supervisors, and proposing strategic solutions.

You too, will put forward your strengths:  

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources; or equivalent  

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, including managing leaves of absence  

• Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and NY State employment laws 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

• Knowledge of Success Factors and UltiPro considered an asset 

• Experience working in manufacturing is an asset, but not required
