• Salary range for Senior Sales Representative is $74,187 to $111,280 / year plus a 20% Variable

Supporting our facilities in Western New York you can develop your full potential, sustainably by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Senior Sales Representative:
 

* Geographical Focus: Based in Rochester with a primary focus on the local market, while also being an integral part of the sales team covering regions ranging from Utica to Buffalo, and extending into the Southern Tier and Ontario, Canada*
 

• Grow revenues and execute business plan to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned region and market.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels of their organization to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability.
• Support contract creation and negotiation for accounts, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and margin ranges.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, manage account plans, and utilize CRM to facilitate integration and coherent customer approach among business units
• Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth and expand market share within the assigned region and market.

Senior Outside Sales Representative Role: Seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of sales. Specialization in Corrugated Paper Packaging and Services. Demonstrated track record in selling corrugated paper packaging solutions and related services.
 

• Customer-centric approach: Recognize and address customer needs, interests, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Proficient in product demonstration and knowledge transfer, contributing to team expertise and enhancing customer understanding of Cascades' solutions.
• Self-motivated: Driven to communicate effectively, present solutions, and maintain superior market knowledge.
• Skilled negotiator and influencer with strong networking abilities, adept at identifying and securing opportunities.
• Expertise in understanding Cascades' offerings, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and serving as a market expert to promote positive company image and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Execute administrative tasks including managing customer data in SAP database, conducting cold calls, and maintaining accurate records to support sales activities and enhance customer engagement.
